Sunday,17th May 2009
Sir James Mitchell Park
South Perth
Walk commences at 10am

The 13th annual Million Paws Walk will be held in Perth at Sir James Mitchell Park and at a number of regional locations across the State.

In 2008 more than 13, 000 people across the State hit the pavement to raise vital funds for the work of the RSPCA in Western Australia. This year they are aiming to have 15,000 West Australians take part in Australia’s premier pet event!

This year we have been approached by the WA Dachshund Club to join in some of their events for the year. One of them being the RSPCA walk.

If you are interested in joining their team - the “Under Dachs”, please go directly to their webpage: www.geocities.com/dachshundclubofwa/ or for further information contact Gerry Verhaaf by phone on 9497 1825 or by email at: little-ripple@bigpond.com.au

Otherwise you can still attend the RSPCA Million Paws Walk on the 17th May 2009 and meet up with other Long Dog WA members on the day.

Please feel free to meet up with fellow LONG DOG WA members
AT: 9.30am
MEETING POINT: The Boatshed, Coode Street, South Perth (looking at the city the grassed area on the left hand side)

Remember it is cheaper and easier to register online than on the day by simply going to the RSPCA website...http://www.millionpawswalk.com.au/
