In memory... Matilda

I'm so sad to report that we were unable to find Tilly before she was hit and killed by a car on Leach Highway late last night. I have been touched by all the kind words and help from so many, friends and strangers alike.

Many thanks for all the help you provided during what has been an awful week.

Yesterday (15/11/11)  our dog Tilly managed to escape from a backyard in Karrinyup where she was being doggy-sat and we have not been able to locate her.

We’ve done all the standard things like contact the council, vets etc, but thought it might be worth mentioning to all the Long Dog Members in case you spot a long dog on the loose.

Here name is Tilly, she is a red smooth hair miniature wearing a pink collar and red tag. She is thee years old, desexed with a black tip on her tail. She is microchipped and very shy and unlikely to approach anyone she doesn’t know. So she may be a struggle to catch.

She was last seen on Ralston Ave, Kardinya at 9:30am yesterday, Tuesday 15th November.

If anyone sees her  I would be very appreciative if you could give me a call on 0413 555 298.

Many thanks, Sarah

  1. Please let us know when you find her! I know you will! I know sometimes it takes 3 or 4 days if she has been picked up and taken to the dog pound, sometimes longer if it is in a council other to the the one she is registered. I'm sure she is fine! Our thoughts are with you.
