Dachshunds in the park... Lake Gwelup

101 sausages and their families came out to walk at Lake Gwelup this morning.

It was great to see many first time walkers there as well as many regulars. 101 is the best turnout we've had since Halloweiner.

A Link of Sausages
 Some dogs and owners opted for the longer loop, and some dogs didn't make it the whole way round the shorter loop without a little assistance.

We had a few issues with ant bites, but hopefully everyone got away relatively unscathed.

At Long Dogs HQ we are all  pretty busy  preparing for the fantastic Long Dog Luau, our Hawaiian themed fundraiser on May 5, so this month I'll let the dogs and their pictures speak for themselves;

We'll take a quick group photo at 9:30 and then go walking the dog(s).
