Make your assessment on the health and well being of both puppy and mother - there is nothing worse than finding out after the fact that you have supported a puppy farmer.
Be aware that there are people who do not put the welfare of their dogs first. We have reason to believe that puppies from such people may be coming up for sale in the Perth area in the next 6-8 weeks.
Please do not buy them and in doing so support this awful practice. Don't think that buying one is saving a puppy, it is really supporting the mistreatment of the parents.
